I think I have met my twin - her name is Colleen Kane and she writes a kick ass blog called Good Green Fun. I realized I hearted my new twin when I read her lovely article about my true love The Oko Box (my store), and it's Blog (that's this blog). But what sealed our twin fates was her beautiful solid writing style, and her fringed blog about abandoned buildings in Baton Rouge. Having lived in Baton Rouge for a few years while attending LSU for Design, the environmental implications of the sprawl full of empty buildings and the wasted furnishing inside was something I awed over 10 years ago. Her photos and curiosity are a kind of statement which is not only artistic, but political, environmental and downright fascinating. If that wasn't enough, check out her co-worker Louisiana Cockroach! LOL!
Formerly an editor at BUST and PLAYGIRL, now rocken' the green world and planning a green wedding! Yay! Check out Colleen's skills....

Gawd Ya'll, I can't believe I am going to say this - but after 7 years of not seeing those big ole' cockroaches, i just feel a little nostalgic for them. :)
