Golden Yellow Fuzzy Caterpillar (with black skin)

It's the time of year now where the morning frost has come and the last warm sunny days have all these little fuzz monsters on the move! They don't slow down for anything, even for fear of me- all the fury caterpillars have a job to do before the snow comes and finishes off what's left of fall.
This caterpillar is particularly beautiful because of it's dark black pigmented skin under the rich yellow mustard, golden tinted spikes. It blends in well with the hue of fall leaves and dieing wildflowers. Nature is so awesome, I wonder if I could blend in with the seasons this well. :)
Anyone know what this fuzz muffin will be turning into in his next (stage of) life?
XoXo
