Got enough pizza joints along that one stretch of highway in AVL, don't they? Which road was that, BTW? I've little to zero knowledge of that town. Last and only time I was actually downtown there was Labor Day 1997(!), a long friggin' time ago by the reckoning of some, but doesn't seem that long ago.

Alot of the road i film is HWY63, also known as Leicester hwy. Sometimes i film Patton Ave...... both these roads have some really ugly parts. Reminds me of the ugliest part of New Olreans, which was Veterans Hwy.... i would do anything to avoid it.
But here, if you try to avoid the main road, you will have to go 5 hours around a mountain to get there. LOL
Naw, I live near Chapel Hill, so I usually do my shopping at Weaver Street Market. Occasionally I'll do Whole Foods. There are also farmers markets in Carrboro and Pittsboro, and I'll probably go to the Carrboro market this afternoon.
That was nice. It's cool that you drove right by my former house in Leicester! I recall that I lived there at a time when you couldn't even get in car. You've come a long way.
